2014 Every Child Has a Story Writing Workshop Registration Form

Due to early start of School year 2014-2015,  I have adjusted the dates of the second session of our Writing Workshop.  If you are interested in enrolling for the first session, please do so now.  Time is running out.  Registration for the first session closes 2 Jun 2014. (One week prior to start)

Complete and return registration forms.  One Form for each child please.
